Location: Gopal Bhavan Upstairs

In this class, participants will learn various techniques and moves of Taekwondo, a weaponless Korean Martial Art for self-defense. This class is designed for building confidence, to teach focus, concentration, self-discipline, balance, hand-eye coordination, muscle development and most importantly how to defend oneself. The mind and body connection will be emphasized with deep breathing and stretching which is essential to any system of martial art.
