Maushami

Maushmi is delighted to join the Shiksha family at Radha Madhav Dham, where she will lead the Hindu Values class for children in Grades 4 and 5.

Her journey with the Bhagavad Gita began in high school, sparking a lifelong interest that has evolved into a dedicated pursuit of its timeless teachings. She welcomes the chance to explore the Gita’s wisdom together with her students, fostering an environment of thoughtful dialogue.

Maushmi is passionate about helping young learners see how virtues like inner strength, courage, and selfless service can provide a meaningful guide for their daily lives.

Outside of the classroom, Maushmi serves as a physician in the Austin community. She brings the same spirit of inquiry, patience, and warmth to her teaching that she applies to her medical practice. Her goal is to create a nurturing space where students feel confident and joyful as they discover the profound lessons of the Gita.
