Krish Chaudhary started Indian classical percussion in 2012, and for the last seven years, since the age of 8, has been doing drumming seva for main kirtan chanters at the Dallas and Austin temples of Jagadguruttam Sri Kripaluji Maharaj. He also plays tabla for professional live recording sessions at Radha Madhav Dham. Krish has been teaching dholak/tabla to young and adult students at the Radha Govind Dham Dallas’s shiksha school for the past three years. His skills and experience span multiple Indian classical percussive instruments including classical tabla, dholak, dhol, mridang, and cymbals. Apart from percussion, Krish is a trained guitarist and a regional level violist. He is also a lead singer for major devotional events at RMD. Krish has an innate passion for music and he aspires to devote his skill set to give back to the community and the temple.
