Sarang Kulkarni, a very talented and multi faceted musician, is one of the most prominent faces of the emerging classical musicians of the new generation. Having shown his genius as a child prodigy, Sarang inherited the art of music from his father Pt Dr. Sudhanshu Kulkarni, internationally renowned scholar musician and Mother Mrs. Rohini Kulkarni- and mastered Harmonium at a young age.
Sarang also took training from Late. Pt. R.K. Bijapure for 15 years.

A Masters Degree holder (MBA) in Management, Sarang started his education in music at the early age of four. He holds a degree of Sangeet Visharad from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Mumbai and M.A. in Harmonium from Shivaji University, Kolhapur
