During her career in India, she has worked with different age groups and provided counseling services and therapies to her clients. During her tenure in India, she was associated with NGOs and prestigious hospital like Escorts Heart Institute and research center. Dr. Akansha is based out of Austin and working with the State Government.

She is a passionate henna artist and would like to teach basic strokes to new techniques to Shiksha students.
