Veda Joshi is a born and raised east-coaster, and a recent transplant to Austin from New Jersey. Since graduating Rutgers University in 2017 with a BA in Psychology, she has been a Primary school teacher for over three years. She is also a registered Yoga teacher, and has helped youths and adults with a variety of illnesses and disabilities since 2013.
She has been heavily involved in Marathi language classes from 1999-2011 in the Bridgewater Hindu Temple in Bridgewater, NJ, and is fluent in Marathi, and Hindi in addition to being proficient in Japanese and French. Learning languages has always been a passion for her, and she hopes to pass down that love for learning to her students and others around her.
