You will learn the basic principles of Ayurveda and how to create balance based on lifestyle, food habits and seasonal variations. In today's world with unlimited access to various forwards of contradicting information you will be able to identify what may work best for you and your family. In week 4 you will get practical tips you can follow for Ayurvedic lifestyle.
