The lesson plan will include introduction to Kathak, history, styles, intro to tatkaar (footwork), techniques (todas and tukdas) and grace along with rhythm, theka. The classes are typically an hour session, and they may vary depending upon the lesson plan.
Kathak lessons that are designed according to the Bharati Vidyapeeth university's program and each year exams will be conducted based on their skills and talent which in turn can be turned to the ISDs for extra credit.
Requirements:
Ages: 5+
Fees: 14 classes (paid thru Shiksha - $350)

Must have ghungroos after 4 sessions.
Must practice 3-4 times a week. If you can do more, that’s even better.
