Popular Fiction through the lens of Hinduism

The Class of Popular Fiction through the Lens of Hinduism is a fun reading club for 4th and 5th grade children or older. All children are expected to do a lot of reading at school and their spiritual life is often observed as a completely separate practice from their real life pursuit of grades and fun breaks.
This class is a mix of both where we will be diving deep into the plot and the characters to find the hidden gems of Hinduism in it, to understand the real world drama and how we make decisions in certain circumstances, how our inner karmic blueprint and presence of mind helps us control our reaction to it and change circumstances. It'll be a fun mix of upper elementary novels and some short stories. The sessions will be a relaxed pace of thinking, discussing using the basic Hinduism concepts of karma. Prior knowledge of the Basics of Hinduism will be highly desirable for a session of fun reflections, but not a must have. We will build the concepts and develop the vocabulary as we discuss the stories. Preferred class timings Saturday 2-3pm or Sunday 4-5 PM.
